Move in/out cleaning is deep cleaning without furniture. This includes cleaning inside cabinets and fridge. Debris and trash will need to be removed before cleaning. Visit our Cleaning Service page for services offered.

A standard clean is what a homeowner does  regularly to upkeep the cleanliness of their homes. Regular chores, such as vacuuming and mopping the floors, general bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and dusting (included in all our cleanings).

STEP 4: SELECT EXTRAS

Deep Cleaning is recommended for first time cleans or cleanings after 30 days. Otherwise you will be paying for a standard clean and may not have the same results.

-Move In/Out requires a vacant home absent of furniture, people, etc,. in order to provide a quality cleaning.

-Do not schedule cleaning on same day as movers to avoid scheduling conflicts. If movers are present, the cleaning will be cancelled that same day and a $70 cancellation fee will be charged (THIS IS A SEPARATE CHARGE). 

-You can reschedule cleaning for another day and client will be charged the full price for the cleaning.

 

* $50 cancellation fee for less than 24 hour notice.
* Inaccurate booking form subject to additional fees .
* Homes with mold, rodents, or hoarding will be cancelled with $80 fee.
